We build the system, then we run it. That's the whole business.

What we build

Four things, and only these four. Direct-ordering tools — digital menus, online ordering, direct-to-customer checkout. Appointment engines — booking, scheduling, intake forms, rentals, waivers. Client portals — customer accounts, job tickets, inventory, multi-location admin. API integrations and managed cloud hosting — SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring. If a request falls outside that list, we will tell you so rather than stretch to fit it.

How the commercial side works

A flat monthly retainer, not an hourly meter and not a percentage of your revenue. Tiers run from $150/mo for a System Starter to $750/mo for a Full Operations App, with hosting-only from $25/mo for a site you already have. Work beyond your allotted hours is billed at $55–75/hr, and support hours do not roll over. The pricing page lists all of it, including the part most vendors leave out.

Two commitments sit underneath that, and they are the reason most of our clients came to us:

• You own the code. Not a licence to use it while you keep paying. The code, the data and the domain are yours, and they stay yours if you leave.
• Direct-ordering systems charge no per-order commission. A busy Saturday costs you the same as a quiet Tuesday. Nobody takes a slice of a ticket you earned.

What you get when something breaks

Every build ships with a response-time SLA, and it is written down rather than implied: under 1–2 hours for a P1 outage, under 4 hours for P2, one business day for P3, two business days for P4. The hosting those systems run on is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified — certificate AB27IS265153, issued by BMQR Certification Pvt. Ltd. on 3 August 2026 and valid to 3 August 2029. That page states exactly what the certificate covers and, just as plainly, what it does not.

Who is behind it

The same team runs an enterprise engineering and managed-services practice alongside this one: a Verified Agency profile on Upwork since 2021, a 100% Job Success Score across 121 completed engagements, STPI registration, and CERT-In empanelment as an information security auditing organisation. Those credentials belong to that practice rather than to this one, and we would rather say so than let them blur together. What they do tell you is that the people maintaining your booking system at 11pm have run production infrastructure for a living for years. Praxis-Q, a compliance-automation platform we built, deployed and host end to end, is the clearest example of the kind of work that experience produces.

What we deliberately don't do

No SEO. No keyword strategy, backlinks or link building. No social media management. No paid ad campaigns. We also do not sell the enterprise work — DevOps, Kubernetes, cloud migration, penetration testing, SOC 2 or ISO 27001 consulting, NOC and MSP services, staff augmentation — through this business. Those are a different proposition with a different buyer, and pretending otherwise would waste your time and ours.

There is no sales team here, and nobody will chase you. If you want to see the work first, the portfolio is the honest version of it, and the engineering notes are where we show the reasoning rather than the pitch.
